i live in paris and i write poetry on the side.for years i worked in customer experience, which sounds dry until you understand what it actually means.listening not just to what they were saying, but to what was underneath it.that part hasn't changed. only the setting has.i'm building cuib because being heard shouldn't be a luxury.and because i've sat with too many people carrying things they thought no one would want to hear.
